Join Lions Club
The International, Multiple, and District Membership Fees structure outlines various fees for membership and participation in the Lions Club. To become a member of a new club, an individual must pay a charter fee of US $35.00. Additionally, there is an entrance fee of US $35.00 for new Lions members. Once a member, the annual membership fees for Lions amount to US $48.00. If a Lion in good standing transfers as a charter member to a new club, they are required to pay a reduced fee of US $20.00.
There is also an option to become a Life Member by paying a one-time fee of US $650.00. A Life Member is defined as a Lion who has maintained active membership for at least 20 years, or at least 15 years if the member has reached the age of 70. Life membership may also be granted to Lions who are critically ill.
Special categories of membership have reduced annual dues. The annual membership fees for family members, student members, and Leo to Lions members (below 36 years) are all US $24.00 each. If a member is reactivating their membership after being in a status quo, a reactivation fee of US $5.00 is applicable.
Under the section of Multiple Fees, each member is required to pay annual fees of Rs. 200.00, along with a contribution of Rs. 100.00 to the Nepal Lions Fund.
Regarding the District Membership Fees, each member is required to pay Rs. 600.00 annually. In addition, there is a contribution of Rs. 365.00 towards the Emergency Fund and Rs. 235.00 for the District Development Fund. For new members joining the district, there is an entrance fee of Rs. 100.00 per member.
