Lion Binay Basnet began his journey in Lionism through LC Kathmandu Sunakhari. Over the years, he has diligently served in various capacities within the cabinet, taking on roles that demonstrate his leadership, dedication, and impact. His contributions include:

  • Cabinet Secretary (2019–2020, District 325 B2)

  • District Chief Advisor (2022–2023, District 325 S Nepal)

  • 2nd Vice District Governor (2023–2024, District 325 S Nepal)

He has also played a crucial role in the expansion and mentorship of new clubs—guiding and supporting the formation of 7 new clubs and mentoring 6 guiding lines.

As a founder member of the TU Lions Blood Transfusion and Research Center, and an ALLI Graduate, his passion for strengthening the Lions movement is clearly evident.
